I've been designing for 18 years: I started in graphic design, moved into UX, and today I lead product at AI-powered B2B SaaS startups.     Listen in the field

    I go out with the people who use the product. At Fluxput, the best decisions came from watching technicians dig through manuals hundreds of pages long.

    Pick the metric

    Before designing, we agree on which number has to move and how we will measure it.

  3. 03

    Design the system

    From wireflow to component: flows, design system and specs the team can build without guessing.

  4. 04

    Ship and measure

    Short releases, real data, next decision. If it doesn't move the metric, it goes.
